SHIPPING + RETURNS 

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • We use Australia Post for all our deliveries within Australia for a flat rate of $10.00
  • We estimate a delivery time between 5-7 working days to all metro areas, and an extra couple of days for all regional areas 
  • We will aim to have your candles well on the way within 24 hours of your order being placed 
  • We can certainly accommodate if you need your goodies delivered super fast (aka Express Post), please contact us to arrange
  • We use tracked shipping, so if we hear of any delays we will reach out
  • We will happily accept returns should your candle be damaged in transit or is faulty in any way. However, no refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind
  • We ask kindly that you contact us before returning any damaged or faulty goods
  • We would love to supply you with a replacement should you receive a damaged or faulty candle. This will be arranged as soon as we have received the damaged goods back to TMH HQ 
  • If you have been waiting longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us right away! We will get on to it asap for you
